The LaVida Signature Facial is a therapeutic skin treatment tailored to the needs of each guest – treating you like the individual that you are! This customized facial addresses issues such as skin congestion, lack of radiance, skin sensitivity, fine lines, and wrinkles, as well as loss of firmness.

Our LaVida Signature Facial begins with a consultation, so the Esthetician understands the needs, expectations, and skin type to best determine the custom products and services that will most benefit that guest. During this time, guests can make special requests or ask any questions they may have about the process so that the Esthetician can clarify and try to accommodate any special needs.

The facial includes the following steps: Cleanse, Exfoliate, Extract, Treatment/Masque, and Leave-on Product Application. Throughout the service, the Esthetician will also perform a custom facial massage, along with neck and shoulder massage. This is an excellent service for all skin types, and an ideal start to a personalized monthly skincare regimen to maintain healthy skin.

The first step in the LaVida Signature Facial is a Double Cleanse, the first of which removes dead skin cells, oils, and environmental pollutants that settle on the skin on a daily basis. The second Cleanse is a treatment cleanse and helps to ensure a thorough facial. This is also where you can enjoy the relaxation of the steam machine.

Next, the Esthetician will exfoliate the skin, aiding in cell turnover which helps to maintain the skin’s healthy acid mantle,  prevent premature aging, and fight chronological and photoaging. Depending on the type of exfoliation and your skin’s resilience, you might also experience steam with your exfoliation.

Following exfoliation, the skin is primed for extraction. The Esthetician will use an implement or manually extract any break-outs or build-up in the pores.

A masque will be selected to help the guest reach their skincare goals. While the treatment or masque absorbs into the skin for several minutes, a neck and shoulder massage will be performed for ultimate relaxation.

The final step of the LaVida Signature Facial is to apply any leave-on products like serum, essence, and moisturizer. After the process of cleansing and treating the skin, it is crucial to protect the pores from further pollutants. Depending on the time of day, the Esthetician may use a moisturizer with SPF, to further protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays.

The Esthetician will make recommendations for an at-home regimen to continue the progress that has been made during the facial. Ensuring a healthy skincare routine at home is crucial to continuing the benefits of regular facials!
